Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on craftedjoblane.com.

1. Digital products

Our digital products (resume templates, tools, lists, guides, and bundles) are delivered instantly by email after payment. Because they are downloadable digital goods that cannot be "returned" once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been sent.

2. If something goes wrong

We want you to actually receive what you paid for. If any of these happen, email us and we will fix it or issue a refund:

• You paid but did not receive your product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The file is broken, corrupted, or won't open.

Reach out within 7 days of purchase from the email you used at payment, with your Cashfree order or payment ID if you have it.

3. 1-on-1 career session

For the Career Session (1-on-1): if you have not yet sent your resume in reply to our email, contact us and we will issue a refund. Once we have begun or delivered your personalized feedback, the session is non-refundable.

4. Duplicate payments

If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, email us with both payment references and we will refund the duplicate.

5. How to request

Email connectwithus@craftedjoblane.com from the email you used at payment, with your Cashfree order or payment ID if available. Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
